Build the Demo Around Buyer Decisions
The purpose of the demonstration is not to claim fifteen miracles. It is to help a buyer judge application, combing, finish, fragrance and packaging. Prepare treated and untreated swatches, a clean white card for spray-pattern inspection and a short specification sheet. Record the formula version and sprayer code so that the approved sample can be traced during bulk production.
Check Fine-Mist Atomization First
Spray from a consistent distance onto a white card and both dry and damp hair. The pattern should be even, without large droplets, blockage or leakage around the neck. Compare the first spray with repeated use and test the pump after hot-climate storage. A good formula can still fail commercially if the actuator produces an uneven or overly wet application.
